I absolutely love my job and supporting clients as they work through and face some of the challenges they feel are holding them back from loving life. It is such a privilege to journey with them and witness their growth. To see their transformation can be so exciting for me. I thought though, that I would let some of my previous clients share some of their experiences of therapy. "Following the breakdown of my marriage and historic events which had surfaced, I was desperate for help.

Making the decision, at over 40 years old, to begin therapy was one of the scaries, but best decisions I have ever made. I was lost and at breaking point before worknig with Fiona, but have since rediscovered myself which has enable me to shed all the layers of self-doubt I had.

"When I came to Fiona I was going through a really tough time with anxiety and felt I had lost a lot of confidence. "I made the decision to start therapy as I felt that I was at a hopeless point in my life, I was "stuck" and had no motivation/direction. My mood was low with no sign of lifting. I found no joy in anything and everything seemed bleak. I found it hard to express how I was feeling.

I knew that I needed to talk to someone about issues in my life that were having a negative impact upon my well-being. I found Fiona's details on line after researching a number of therapists. I felt that therapy sessions would be a positive move and beneficial.

Fiona provided me with a safe space to talk freely, express my feelings and emotions.
