I absolutely love my job and supporting clients as they work through and face some of the challenges they feel are holding them back from loving life. It is such a privilege to journey with them and witness their growth. To see their transformation can be so exciting for me. I thought though, that I would let some of my previous clients share some of their experiences of therapy. "Following the breakdown of my marriage and historic events which had surfaced, I was desperate for help.

"I made the decision to start therapy as I felt that I was at a hopeless point in my life, I was "stuck" and had no motivation/direction. My mood was low with no sign of lifting. I found no joy in anything and everything seemed bleak. I found it hard to express how I was feeling.

“I undertook 8 months of therapy with Fiona and it has changed my life forever!
For as long as I can remember I have always suffered with low self esteem, people pleasing tendencies and general anxiety, however after another break up of a short lived relationship I realised that I needed to do something to break the pattern. After several attempts to gather the courage to attend my first session I immediately felt at ease with Fiona. During our sessions we recognised my triggers and responses to situations, but also talked through some previous experiences which had shaped my mindset.
